How can I invest with SURE TRADE PROFESSIONALS?
To make an investment with SURE TRADE PROFESSIONALS go to INVEST and follow the instructions.

I wish to invest with SURE TRADE PROFESSIONALS but I don’t have an e-bullion account. What should I do?
You can open a free e-bullion account at www.e-bullion.com

How do I open my SURE TRADE PROFESSIONALS Account?
You don’t have to.  All you have to do is go to INVEST, follow the instructions and we will do the rest.

Which e-currencies do you accept?
We accept e-bullion only at this moment.

How can I withdraw funds?
All payments are made directly to your e-bullion account to prevent hacking.  You can then sign in to your e-bullion account and withdraw the funds.

How long does it take for my deposit to start earning interest?
Your deposit will start to earn interest the next trading day from the date the funds have been transferred to our e-bullion account.

How can I change my e-mail address or e-bullion account number?
Send us an e-mail through the SUPPORT section and we will make the necessary changes.

Is the profit paid directly to my e-bullion account?
Yes profits are paid directly to your e-bullion account by Monday of each week.

How do you calculate the interest on my deposit?
Depending on the date that the transfer was done to our e-bullion account a pro-rated interest is paid in the first week and thereafter full weekly interest until a request is made for the Principal.

Can I make an additional deposit?
Yes, you can, but all transactions are handled separately.

After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available in my e-bullion account?
Profits are paid directly to e-bullion accounts on the Monday of each week so withdrawal requests are only made for Principals.  Principal has to be locked in for at least six (6) months before request can be made for withdrawal and at least fourteen (14) days notice from the next weekly payment has to be given.  After that, funds are usually available to be paid with the next weekly payment.

Can I lose money?
There is a risk involved with investing in all high yield investment programs.  However, there are a few simple ways that can help you to reduce the risk of losing more than you can afford to.  First, align your investments with your financial goals, in other words, keep the money you may need for the short-term out of more aggressive investments, reserving those investment funds for the money you intend to raise over the long-term.  It’s very important for you to know that we are real traders and that we invest members’ funds in major investments.

How can I check my account balances?
You can access your e-bullion account information 24 hours, seven days a week over the Internet.

Can I spend with any other e-currency besides e-bullion?
Sorry, but at this moment we accept e-bullion as the only payment processor.  There will be more possibilities in the near future.

How can I make a deposit?
